Mich is a desktop application that runs entirely on your own computer. Your donor and giving records are stored locally and encrypted at rest with a master passphrase that only you know. Mich does not upload your records to us or to any cloud service.
Information you enter about donors, donations, pledges, and related records stays in the local database on your machine. You control it, you back it up, and you can delete it at any time. We have no access to it.
If you use the optional address-validation feature, address text you choose to validate may be sent to a third-party lookup service to verify it. This feature can be turned off.
This marketing website may collect basic, standard server logs and (if enabled) privacy- respecting analytics to understand traffic. Describe any analytics or cookies you actually use here.
If you purchase a license, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. Their handling of your payment information is governed by their own privacy policy.
