Simple Management Of Both Gift & Giver

Donor management for nonprofits that stays on your computer. Track donors, donations, pledges, and receipts — privately, with no cloud and no subscription.

What is Mich?

Everything a small nonprofit needs — in one tidy desktop app

There’s an organizational sweet spot between Excel spreadsheets and expensive and complex CRM applications — and that’s where Mich resides. Mich keeps your donors and their giving organized: gifts and in-kind donations, multi-installment pledges, designations, campaigns, appeals, tax receipts, and a dashboard that shows how your fundraising is doing. It runs entirely on your machine, so your supporters’ information never leaves it.

Why “Mich”?

The name means “gift”

Mich means “gift” in Dholuo, the language of the Luo people, spoken around the eastern shores of Lake Victoria in western Kenya and northern Tanzania. The app was inspired by lasting friendships in Kenya and built in support of the nonprofit Stars of Kenya.
